This little drawing combines two of my favourite things - kittens and tea! So it was a reference photo which really appealed to me. I'm always trying to further my skills as a miniaturist, so as well as working at a smaller size for two subjects I enjoyed capturing the different textures - the soft fluffy kittens and the smooth shiny china tea cup.
A coloured pencil painting by Chesca Burrows.
