Returns and Refunds
Changing Your Mind
You may cancel an Artwork purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
You must contact us within that 14-day period and then return the Artwork within a further 14 days.
Please do not return Artwork without contacting us first, as it must be sent to the correct Artist address.

You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form, although you do not have to use the form to cancel.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalised Artwork cannot usually be returned because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the Artwork arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description.
Returning Artwork
Where possible, please reuse the original packaging. If this is not possible, package the Artwork securely and appropriately for its return journey.
Unless the Artwork is damaged, faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Returns must be sent using an appropriately insured and trackable shipping method. Please email us the tracking number and proof of posting as soon as the Artwork has been sent.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the Artwork, or by damage caused through inadequate return packaging.
Please remove or cover all original shipping labels before returning the parcel.
Where applicable, we may provide an address label or shipping documentation on behalf of the Artist. Please follow the return instructions provided.
For international returns, please complete customs documents accurately and clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS.
Refunds
For a change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the Artwork and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.
Extra charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until the Artist has received the returned Artwork or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the Artwork has lost value because of handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Artwork
If your Artwork arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include photographs of the Artwork and its packaging and keep all packaging while the problem is investigated.
Please do not return the Artwork until we have given you return instructions.
Where Artwork is damaged, faulty or not as described, you will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.
Where a refund is due, it will be made using the original payment method.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
