This Website is operated by the Society of Feline Artists (“S.O.F.A.”, “we”, “us”).
The Website provides information about S.O.F.A., its Artists and their Artwork, and provides an online gallery through which Artwork may be purchased.
Purchases made through the online gallery are subject to our separate Gallery Terms and Conditions, which explain the relationship between S.O.F.A., the Artist and the Buyer, together with information about orders, delivery, customs, returns and refunds.
By using this Website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use.

Copyright in individual Artwork and Artwork images belongs to the relevant Artist unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, alter, sell, license or commercially use Artwork images or other Website content without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
Sharing links to publicly available pages on the Website is permitted.
Accuracy of Website Information
We and our Artists make every reasonable effort to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and up to date.
However, general information, news, exhibition details and other non-contractual Website content may occasionally contain errors or become out of date.
Information relating to an Artwork offered for sale is also subject to our Gallery Terms and Conditions.
We may update, correct or remove Website content when necessary.
