Terms And Conditions For Buyers

We bring together S.O.F.A. Artists and Buyers who buy and sell unique artwork using our Website services which means that you are not buying anything directly from us. These Terms and Conditions incorporate all of the policies on the Website.

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Website on the day you order artworks. 

All descriptions, weights and sizes of Artworks are those of the original artist and you may not rely on their accuracy.

If you need any other information or you have any queries you can contact us before placing your order and we will pass your query on to the artist.

S.O.F.A. and the artists reserve the right not to accept orders for any reason.

Once your order has been accepted you will be provided with an Order Confirmation email.

If the Artworks you order are not available, or there will be a delay we will inform you and you may cancel your order or wait for the artist to ship.

If you have already paid we will refund you in full.

Prices And Delivery In Great Britain

The Price includes tracked delivery within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Prices for the artworks may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order already confirmed. 

Deliveries will be arranged by the Artist(s) to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to sign and accept delivery. 

If you place an order containing multiple Artists work, each Artist will ship their artwork separately, you will receive individual parcels per Artist, NOT one parcel.

International Prices And Delivery

Prices are displayed in GBP on the Website.

Where the Website displays a currency converter then this is only a guide/estimate.

Currency exchange rates and charges are your responsibility so you may wish to check this with your own payment provider before placing your order.

Some of our artists only deliver in the UK.

Some of our artists deliver internationally and those artworks can be purchased in the gallery.

Some artists deliver internationally but prefer to have you ask for the shipping costs. You will see a contact us link in those artwork listings.

You may contact us to ask if the artists would deliver to your country. If the artist agrees we will contact you with a price and you can choose if you wish to go ahead with the order. 

Deliveries will be arranged by the Artist(s) to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to sign and accept delivery. 

If you place an order containing multiple Artists work, each Artist will ship their artwork separately, you will receive individual parcels per Artist, NOT one parcel.

Delivery charges do not include any local taxes, fees, or handling charges if any, in your country. You will be responsible for these when the artwork arrives.

This means that Artists will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of any delivery of Artwork to you.

Returns And Refunds

What If You Change Your Mind?

We are happy to accept returns, just contact us at gallery@felineartists.org within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return.

Please do NOT return your purchase without contacting S.O.F.A. first at gallery@felineartists.org. You will get instructions on how to return your artwork.

You will need to use the packaging it came in so please take care when unwrapping your parcel.

Is the artwork damaged?

If disaster strikes and your item arrives damaged during shipping please take photographs of the problem and the packaging and contact us immediately at gallery@felineartists.org and we will be happy to help you return it and get a full refund.

Please do NOT return your purchase without contacting SOFA first. You will get instructions on how to return your artwork.

 Returning The Artwork

Unless the item arrived damaged buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

Items MUST be returned by a TRACKED method. We will need proof of posting and the tracking number from you.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind the item must be returned in its original condition. If it's damaged during return shipping you will be  responsible for any loss in value. So please make sure goods are well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please remove all shipping labels and, where applicable, print the address and shipping label we send to you via email on behalf of the Artist and attach to the parcel.

If returning an item from outside the UK please clearly mark parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS' so that any customs fees are not applied to the returned items.

Please send the tracking number of the return as soon as you have it to gallery@felineartists.org.

After the artist has received the Artwork in perfect condition you will be refunded the cost of the artwork.

If you are returning a damaged item you will be refunded in full, after the artist has received the item. We will also refund your return shipping costs provided you have given us your proof of posting and your tracking details.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used to pay us.

If you do not return the Artwork to us, you are still liable for the cost.

If the item arrives damaged you may only get a partial refund.

If the item is lost during return shipping no refund can be made.
