Gallery Terms And Conditions
Welcome to the S.O.F.A. Online Gallery
S.O.F.A. brings together participating artists and buyers. When you buy an Artwork through the gallery, the contract of sale is between you and the Artist selling the work. S.O.F.A. processes the order and payment and provides customer service on the Artist’s behalf.
Artists ship directly from their own studios, which may be in the UK or overseas.
The Terms that apply to your purchase are those published on the Website when you place your order.
Artwork Descriptions
Each Artist provides the description, dimensions and other information shown for their Artwork.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure listings are accurate, but small variations in measurements may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Please contact us before ordering if you would like more information about an Artwork.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the Artwork. Your order is confirmed once it has been accepted and you receive an Order Confirmation email.
If an Artwork is unavailable or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you. You may choose to wait or cancel the order. If you have already paid for an unavailable Artwork, you will receive a full refund.
Prices and Delivery
Artwork is shipped directly from each Artist’s studio.
- UK-Based Artists: Artists based in the UK offer free delivery within the UK, unless otherwise stated.
- Artists Based Outside the UK: Artists based outside the UK may offer free delivery within their own country. International shipping charges may apply to buyers in other countries.
- Multiple Items: Because our artwork is shipped directly from each artist's individual studio, if you purchase pieces from different artists, separate shipping costs will be added to your cart for each piece.

Prices are shown in GBP.: Any currency conversion shown on the Website is for guidance only. Exchange rates and bank or payment-provider charges are outside our control.
- Customs and Import Charges: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling charges in the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the Artwork price or shipping cost and are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
- You may cancel an Artwork purchase within 14 days of receiving it. You must contact us within that 14-day period and then return the Artwork within a further 14 days.
- Please do not return Artwork without contacting us first, as it must be sent to the correct Artist address.

Returning Artwork

Packaging: Where possible, please reuse the original packaging. If this is not possible, package the Artwork securely and appropriately for its return journey.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling or inadequate return packaging.

Shipping Costs: Unless the Artwork is damaged, faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Ship tracked: Returns must be sent using an appropriately insured and trackable shipping method.
Please email us the tracking details and proof of posting.
- Remove or cover old shipping labels before returning the parcel.
- For international returns, complete customs documents accurately and clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS.
Refunds
For a change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the Artwork and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.
Extra charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until the Artist has received the returned Artwork or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the Artwork has lost value because of handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Artwork
If your Artwork arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at: gallery@felineartists.org

Please include photographs of the Artwork and packaging and keep all packaging while the problem is investigated.
- Please do not return the Artwork until we have given you return instructions.
- Where Artwork is damaged, faulty or not as described, you will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
