Flow

Flow is the name because I was in the flow while creating this painting. It features the sweet face of a tiger walking slowly through what appears to be a blurred jungle background. I used touches of fluorescent color to achieve the rich orange tones of the tiger and the vivid light in the background. I also played with different shades of white and with shadows to create more depth. There is a discreet signature in the lower-left corner. The painting measures 40 × 50 cm and was created using acrylic ink and acrylic paint on Claybord, a solid panel. It has a glossy varnish finish and is professionally framed.

An acrylic on panel painting by Maria Arias S.O.F.A.
