Something has caught her eye. She’s looking up, completely absorbed, her dark fur alive with little flashes of red, pink, purple and blue. Copper whiskers catch the light, and above her a red sweep disappears over the edge of the paper. Perhaps it’s the trail of whatever she’s watching… something moving just out of sight. A moth? A feather? She knows. We don’t.
She is painted on handmade cotton paper with four deckled edges, created by the paper making process.
