Part way through having a relaxed wash 'Tosca' was distracted and took a moments interlude. This is a typical pose where the blended tail is flicked up in the air, the ears are forward listening intently with her body and legs completely relaxed which makes for an interesting composition. I have observed and painted this friendly little Siamese/Persian cat many times as I adore depicting the beautiful blue eyes and stunning fur markings.
