This is my next door neighbour's cat who spent last years (very hot) summer trying to keep cool. This day he was hiding in plain sight under the trees at the end of my garden and was disguised by the dappled sunlight . He is so fluffy you can't see his mouth at all and his white blotches resemble the sunlight he was trying to avoid.
